Here we are faced with the bathroom update. So, many of us think a bathroom is a bathroom right? WRONG, when designing a bathroom For a family there are a few key components that come into play. First, sinks there should be two sinks in the bathroom to accommodate the number of people in the home. For a family of four or more, there should definitely be 2 sinks. There are sinks now that range in different shapes and sizes. So, keep this in account when looking at your bathroom space.

Next, is lighting; lighting is a key element for your space. There should be both ceiling and wall-mountable lighting. The ceiling light should be the brightest and the wall light should be a soft and low light to give warmth to the space and a tone setter for those long bath nights.

Lastly, you have Allen and Roth. Morgan tub 32-in width x 60-in length $799.00 finishing up the high end. Some of these great tubs come in different colors and sizes.

Now let’s move on to flooring. Flooring needs to be conducive to your color scheme. If your walls are light in color to white you can do dark flooring. If the walls are dark then do light color the flooring.  However, follow through with brass or copper tone fixtures even a matte finish for your fixtures.
Your towels,  rugs, and even small items like soap dishes, toothbrush holder, and towel racks are all attributed to your color scheme.

Lastly, your mirror should be scaled to your bathroom sinks and take into account the shape of the mirrors. You have round, square, oval, and long lengths of these shapes as well. Try them and see which fits best to your liking and think practical for cleaning purposes as well, maintaining a clean bathroom is key to an enjoyable bath time experience.
